Help & Support
Everything you need to know about trading with Koramint.
Your assets are put to work in three transparent ways:
Blockchain Infrastructure (Staking): Your crypto helps secure networks like Ethereum. The blockchain pays validators, and we pass those rewards to you.
Institutional Lending: We provide liquidity to vetted institutional partners for arbitrage. These loans are over-collateralized to protect your principal.
Real-World Assets (RWA): We stabilize returns by allocating portions to tokenized US Treasury Bills and private credit.
We employ institutional-grade security protocols including Cold Storage (keeping 95% of assets offline) and Multi-Signature (Multisig) Wallets. We also enforce Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for all accounts and biometric verification for large withdrawals.
Koramint offers various Investment plans. The basic plan deposit starts at $1,500. This allows you to earn 20% of your capital daily and you will be able to monitor your yield on your dashboard.
Unlike traditional banks, cryptocurrency is not covered by government insurance like the FDIC. However, we maintain a private Security Insurance Fund to protect users in the unlikely event of a platform-wide security breach.
Our fee structure is simple: we charge a competitive 0.1% maker/taker fee on trades. Deposits are free. For withdrawals, we only charge a flat Network Fee (gas fee) which depends on the specific blockchain's current congestion.
